I had some trouble with United
I wrote a song and put it on YouTube
and it went around the world from Timmins to Timbuktu
Now I’m done being mad at United
essentially they broke my career
I was given two new Taylors and a heck of an interesting year
But there’s a long line of people with a story like mine
who tell me in an e-mail every day
that United needs to change in a big way
Because they’re mad, we’re mad, I told you they were mad.
They flew United and now they’re saying „Wish I never had!”
You say that you’re changing and I hope you do
cause if you don’t then who would fly with you?
They boast about our luggage at United
saying 99 point something don’t get broke
There’s a lot of bags will make it
but a heck of a bunch that won’t
Now they’re not all bad apples at United
some of them are only slightly bruised
but we’ve all met some bad ones as shown in the millions of views
And so I’ve come to face that some time or place
we’ll be begging them in vain to right our wrong.
Now we’re out of patience and I’m out of songs.
Because they’re mad, we’re mad, I told you they were mad.

United needs to understand their customers ain’t helpless
